It was in 1992 that we completed our mystical journey together from early childhood to Class 10 in the mystical place called Kansbahal, Odisha. Kansbahal is a little town in the state of Odisha. It’s located approximately 25 km from Rourkela and comes under the jurisdiction of Rourkela. Kansbahal became prominent with the emergence of UTMAL {Utkal Machinery Limited} which later evolved into Larsen and Toubro’s heavy engineering works serving the needs of the Rourkela Steel Plant of SAIL.
Kansabahal is a beautiful place abounding with natural wonders; among them, the two rivers Ghoghar river and Sankh river, Man-made dams like the Kansbahal Dam, Pitamahal Dam & Mandira Dam make them apt picnic spots amongst the local residents.
It was here that we grew up together going to Montfort School, playing together, trying to understand the innocent life, etc. We miss those golden years of our life. These memories have shaped all our personalities & they are irreplaceable as they are very dear to us. These memories do still keep our inner child alive, no matter how old we get as we live on this planet.
